If you’re like us, we’re still super excited about the new 2019 series of Traeger Grills, which is why we’re sharing some of our favorite spring recipes for you to try on your new or tried and true smoker! From tarts to halibut, these recipes will wow as you experiment with the new D2 Drive Train (that brings even more Traeger smoke flavor) and the WiFire technology that allows you to manage the cooking process from your phone to ensure each of your dishes is cooked to perfection.

 

If you’re looking for an excellent starter smoker, check out the new Pro Series, which offers up to 780 sq.in. of grilling space! If you’re looking to grill for much larger groups then you’ll want to check out the Timberline Series, which will give you the highest range (up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit) with the greatest capacity (1,300 sq.in.).
